THIS! exactly what i wanted to say.
Hello beautiful. It’s really hard for me to write this without crying because I still don’t know what I’m going to do with myself on September 1st. Probably just cry my eyes out because I won’t know how to not miss you that badly. But I don’t want this to be sad. I don’t want this to be about how upset your petals will be. So instead, I want to say a few things.
First, I want to say that I love you. I love you so much, for every single thing about you. I love you for being you, for being wacky and quirky and amazing. I love you for never letting anyone change you on the inside. I love you for saying what you think, for doing what you say and saying what you mean. I love you for having your own opinions, whether or not people agree with you. I love you for stealing a flower out of a bouquet and sticking it in your hair on national television. I love you for replying to silly things on twitter when you don’t have to. I love you for just existing, for letting us love you, and for loving us back.
I also want to say thank you. Thank you for never changing who you are. Thank you for being Kim Heechul, no questions asked. Thank you for giving us hope, and making us laugh. Thank you for being strong. Thank you for not backing down, and for doing what you have to do for the good of everyone. Thank you for being perfect, despite your flaws. Thank you for having flaws that let us know you’re still human. Thank you for being you, and nothing else.And I want to say see you soon. Because this isn’t goodbye. Because I know, your petals know, that you’ll be back soon. That you’re not really going away. That you’ll work hard and do what you have to do and come back to us more beautiful and stronger than you are now. So I won’t say good bye, because goodbye means you’re gone. And you won’t be. You’ll still be here, in my heart, in everyone who love’s you’s heart. We’ll think of you every day and remember every single reason why we love you until the day you come back.
Good luck, beautiful. Live your life, be happy, do what you need to do. I’m so proud of you. We’re all proud of you. And though I’m going to miss you with my whole heart, I’ll be okay because you’ll be back. And I’ll be waiting. We’ll all be waiting.
